Foundation Courses: These course are a dynamic, engaging, yet simple way to learn Iyengar Yoga and are open to all those new to yoga or new to the Iyengar way. Level 1:suitable for beginners as well as those working on the basics. Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) is introduced.
Level 1/2: suitable for both levels with variations given if required.
Level 2: begin to work with more depth and a bigger range of postures. Sirsasana (head stand) is introduced.
Level 3: for experienced students developing a consistent, self-directed practice.
