OUR TEACHERS
Our teachers study and practise for many years to pass a rigorous assessment process with an internationally recognised standard. Ongoing training and personal development are required and a commitment to the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
Anne-Marie Tweedie

Anne-Marie started practising Yoga after completing study in Physical Education at the University of Otago, and while still a competitive middle distance athlete. Many years later she continues to be both challenged and inspired by the revelations of the practice.
She encourages a sense of enquiry in her students, providing the tools for their ongoing self-discovery.
Anne-Marie currently holds a Senior Intermediate Level 1 teaching certificate, and is both an assessor and teacher trainer for the BKS Iyengar Yoga Association of New Zealand.
